Drinks contribute to a lot of unwanted weight gain because of the sugar in them. Many people do not even realize that all of the soda, juice, etc is extremely unhealthy and is a major fault in living a healthy lifestyle. Well I have a secret to a delicious drink that has no calories, tastes delicious, and can be done in less than 5 minutes.
Homeade Iced Tea
What you will need:
- Water
- 5 tea bags Pot for water
- Stovetop
- Pitcher
Fill up your pitcher to the top and pour the amount of water into your pot. Choose any flavor of tea that you like and put 5 tea bags into the water. Turn the stovetop on to medium heat and when the water stops boiling, move the pot to the side and let the tea simmer for about an hour. If you would like to sweeten your iced tea up a little bit, honey is a delicious and healthy sweetner that can be added while the tea is simmering.
After the tea has cooled down, pour it into your pitcher, put it in the refridgerator and your healthy, delicious tea is done!
